empty promises & complete lack of customer service

the dealership in Reno received email confirmation from this company, stating that the car would be picked up in two - four days after initial contact (between Jan. 24-27). the car finally got picked up Feb. 9 & was supposed to be delivered to our door. Driver called Feb. 9 & offered $75 if we met him 40 min. from our house, so he wouldn't have to leave the interstate... We did take him up on his offer, since we wanted it over with ... however, we had to ask him for the money and he ended up only having $70 in cash on him...
We placed various phone calls between Jan. 26 & Feb. 8, attempting to get a status on our delivery and were told things like 'this isn't a very popular route', 'we still have to locate a driver', 'it should be picked up any time now' and so on... Whoever staffs their phones has zero phone etiquette, isn't helpful & gets rude if the caller still has questions after above standard lines have been delivered. We would have had an easier time with the time frame of the delivery, had they not promised things they had no intentions of delivering on ... '2 - 4 days' had one purpose: to lock in the deal.
We strongly advise against using this 'fly-by-night' operation; this was not at all what we were hoping for.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER WITH EXTRA $200 OUT OF COMPANY FUNDS.
